Victor Ponce

Victor Manuel Ponce was born in Los Angeles, California. He joined the U.S. Army in El Paso, Texas, August 1990. Was enlisted into the Army to train as an Patriot Missile Operator/Maintainer. From 2004 to 2015 he was assigned to the United States Amy Recruiting Command (USAREC) where he served as a Recruiter, Center Leader, Master Trainer, Battalion Operations Noncommissioned Officer, and a Company First Sergeant. Victor retired from the U.S. Army after 25 years of honorable service with the rank of First Sergeant and received his 2nd Meritorious Service Medal. During his military career, Victor led and mentored numerous Soldiers using his leadership skills and experience developing his subordinates.

Victor works as an experienced Real Estate Agent with Ponce Realty Group powered by REMAX Gold covering mostly St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, and Warren counties. Using the acronym L.D.R.S.H.I.P, (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage), he conveys the same principles to his clients demonstrating professionalism and outstanding work ethic. Was awarded the 2019 Rising Star Award from Five Star Professionals and achieved the 2019,2020,2021 & 2022 RE/MAX 100% club award. A member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce with over 650 members and Saint Louis Association of Realtors (SLAR) with over 10,000 members. Chairman of the Saint Charles Human Relations Commissions Board, Vice-Chairman of the City of Saint Peters Veterans Memorial Commission Board and is certified as a Military Relocation Program (MRP) specialist. Speaks fluent Spanish and is an influencer in the Hispanic community. He is working on his B.S. in Management from Park University and currently a resident of St. Peters, MO. Victor is married to his wife Patricia and has 3 children named Victor II, Jasmine, and Rudy.

Jose Ponce

Jose Ponce has been a successful real estate agent with RE/MAX Gold for over 13 years and has always been a top-earning agent for RE/MAX Gold and RE/MAX International. His success was documented by the St. Louis Business Journal’s prestigious “30 under 30” which honored St. Louis’ outstanding business leaders, all under the age of 30. He has sold over 150 million dollars in homes since he started in the business, and has received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from RE/MAX International for earning over a million dollars in commissions. He has built his reputation on his ability to service the needs of his clients. He has received many accolades in and outside of his industry. In January of 2013, the Saint Louis Business Journal featured him in their Character piece. Jose Ponce was just recently voted into the Hispanic Chamber Of Commerce Executive Committee. Outside of his business, Jose Ponce was a Professional Boxer and retired in 2013 undefeated. He continues to work with local fighters and co-owns Sweat Gym in Clayton, MO where he has a state of the art personal training facility. He is also a member of the National Association of Hispanic Realtors, as well as St. Louis Association of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors.

With a knowledgeable business background and an abundance of enthusiasm to help others, Jose Ponce has been making a mark in St. Louis since 1995. As a successful Hispanic entrepreneur, Ponce is involved in real estate, liquor exporting, automobiles, and fitness. Because of his great success in real estate and his deep understanding of various aspects of business, Jose has always been viewed as a natural leader. He serves as a mentor to young real estate agents and offers his assistance to the Hispanic community through his bilingual services. Ponce continues to advocate for the St. Louis community and business owners everywhere and his efforts have not gone unnoticed. Jose Ponce has been named a 30 under 30 recipient from the St. Louis Business Journal and was featured in the St. Louis Business Journal’s St. Louis Character article.  

Jose wishes to join the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors with the hope that he can continue to connect with the St. Louis community and in particular, the Hispanic Community. Because of his knowledgeable background, he would be able to provide unique insight and helpful solutions to an organization which strives to be an advocate for Hispanic-owned businesses in the region.
